OPTIMUM CONTROL AND REPORTING -
With Pacific Pride a considerable amount of time is saved
by not having to reconcile piles of receipts in order to perform
job or department coding.
- SECURITY -
Once you are issued a Pacific Pride
access card, all account information including vehicle and account
PIN number are encoded onto the card. Should the card become lost
or stolen, the card would be immediately locked out of the system.
Transactions are recorded automatically when the driver is finished
fueling, eliminating any possibilities for an error that would
normally be present in any manual system.
- SPEED AND CONVENIENCE -
No one can afford to
have vehicles waiting in gas lines or to have employees waiting
in line for a receipt detailing all of the information that Pacific
Pride does. At Pacific Pride we don't sell eggs, butter, milk
or cigarettes we only sell fuel and our primary objective is to
get your equipment in, fueled and out as quickly as possible.
- 24-HOUR, 7 DAYS A WEEK FUELING!

If you currently have underground
fuel storage tanks, you will incur a substantial savings over
replacement or upgrading of your tanks ... immediately. Future
cost savings will be in the form of substantially reduced insurance
premiums and annual tank registrations. Also, the customer only
pays for fuel used, not for a whole storage tank full! This benefit
can have a dramatic effect on cash flow.
- CONTROL -
A detailed statement is provided
to you every 15 or 30 days that details which vehicle fueled,
the date it fueled, the product it fueled with, the odometer reading
at the time of fueling (optional), the number of gallons, the
per gallon rate, and the average miles per gallon (optional).
- ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE -
Pacific Pride was designed
to be a state-of-the-art fleet fueling system. We have incorporated
all of the technology into the system to prevent any spill, overfill,
leak or misuse. Should any unforeseen situation occur, the system
has built-in alarms and in most cases will notify our personnel
of a problem.
