Pricing Protection: General Terms and Conditions

  • Our pricing plans, other than our regular retail pricing plan, are for credit approved automatic delivery customers only. Automatic delivery is the most efficient way for us to schedule, route, and deliver fuel. It keeps our costs down and that – keeps your costs down.

  • Our programs are designed for #2 home heating oil customers only. We would be happy to quote other pricing for our kerosene customers. Please call us at 610-868-8566, for additional pricing.

  • Account must be in good credit standing with no outstanding balance on account

  • Programs expire May 31st of each year.

  • All fuel purchased during the program year, must be purchased from Deiter Bros.

  • Pre-purchase gallons are not refundable and do not carry over to the next year. On May 31st of each year any remaining gallons are zeroed out and converted to a dollar credit on your account. This credit may be used towards additional purchases but may not be refunded under any circumstance. Should you move to another home during the plan year that is not heated with fuel oil, please remember to include your credit at time of settlement. We will gladly transfer it to the new homeowner provided they become a credit approved automatic delivery customer.

  • Limited quantities are available for various programs. Therefore, gallons are sold on a first-come first-served basis. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Budget payment plan payments are due no later than the 10th of each month. Finance charges or loss of rebate on any credit balance will occur in the event payment is late.
    Budget payments may be increased or decreased if the quantity or price is higher or lower than the estimate used to establish your payment. Customer agrees to any price adjustment.

  • If customer runs out of program gallons prior to May 31, Deiter Bros. will deliver, when required by automatic delivery calculations, at market price.
    Automatic delivery continues beyond program expiration unless notified by customer to discontinue.

  • As deliveries are made, pre-purchased fuel is delivered first. Any additional fuel required will be delivered at our established price on the day of delivery.
